The Porsche or Porsche SE is a German automaker that produces the luxury vehicles. The company was founded by Ferdinand Porsche and Ferry Porsche in the year 1931. The company headquarters are situated in Stuttgart, Germany. Currently, the company has designed the models such as Boxster, Cayman sports cars. It has been observed that the latest model was offered by the Porsche on April 20, 2009. The model is known as Panamera sedan. However the year 2006 was quite successful for the company as the Posche owns the most prestigious automobile brand from New York. The models such as the Porsche 911 were also quite successful in drawing the attention of the buyers. Although, the models Caymen and the Boxster roadster were technically similar, both vehicles were different in their price ranges. The Caymen was an expensive mid sized SUV from the Porsche. The success rate of the company is considered as unique, and the hanging market economy or loss of the other automaker does not affect the Porsche due to its adaptability with the market conditions and the great management skills of the Porsche authorities. Although, the company headquarters is in the Stuttgart, the Cayenne model is built at Leipzig in Germany. The Porsche techniques such as engines, water cooling method is being taken by many famous automakers including Audi, SEAT, Subaru, Studebaker, Daewoo and Yugo etc. the Porsche cars and SUVs are standing tall also in comparison to the great automakers such as- BMW, Audi and Mercedes- Benz. However, the Ferrari is considered as the prime competitor for the Porsche. Except these the racing cars produced by the Porsche are chosen as the better option. It has been surveyed that the Porsche cars have recorded about 28,000 victories in their names. In the current scenario, the Porsche is considered as the highest racing car producer. Some of the famous models of the Porsche racing cars include the 7 RS Spyder, 37 GT2 spec 911 Gt3 RSR, LMP2 Prototypes and 231 911 GT3 Cup vehicles. In the year, 2007, the Porsche had offered about 275 racing cars. These include Porsche cars such as Porsche Type 110, AP Series, Porsche Standard, Junior, Porsche Super, Master, 108F, 312 and R22 were produced and hit the market soon after the establishment of the group.
